Combined Properties, Inc. Leases Space to Black Label Barbershop in Malden, MA

November 2017:

Combined Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a lease with Black Label Barbershop. The lease totals 1,100 SF at 20 Irving Street Malden, MA. “We are excited to welcome Mr. Lam, owner of Black Label Barbershop, into our portfolio of downtown Malden clients” said Greg Regazzini, VP and Director of Leasing for Combined Properties. “We are confident his experienced team of barbers will create a buzz in Malden’s red hot Central Business District!” This is Black Label Barbershop’s second location. His other shop is located in Saugus, MA. Mr. Lam was attracted to the building’s central location and proximity to several nearby schools. Mr. Lam is in the process of making significant interior improvements to the former home of Wigs By Helen which operated on site for over thirty years. He hopes to be open in January 2018 and looks forward to creating lasting relationships with members of the community for years to come.


Combined Properties Leases 4,727 SF of First Class Retail Space in Malden, MA

Combined Properties Inc, a full-service real estate investment and development firm, is pleased to announce the recent signing of two retail leases at 155-159 Centre Street in Malden, MA.

Sprint, which is the fourth largest mobile network operator in the United States, serving 59.7 million customers will occupy 1,791 SF.

T-Mobile which is one of the largest providers of wireless voice and data communications services in the US has leased 2,936 SF of space.  The company’s advanced nationwide 4G LTE network delivers outstanding wireless experiences to 67.4 million customers.  Sprint and T-Mobile will join Bank of America and H & R Block in this prominent Central Business District (CBD) retail property.

Seaver Construction Breaks Ground on 295 Canal Street in Malden

Seaver Construction has started the construction of 295 Canal Street office building on the scenic Malden River for its client, Combined Properties. The five-story structure will provide 55,117 SF of first class office space. The first floor will be comprised of 1,751 SF of office/retail and 28 covered parking spaces. Each level will offer excellent window lines affording a bounty of natural light, beautiful water views and spectacular Boston skyline views.
